Rolling Sculpture Car Show 10-27-2024!

On a beautiful Fall morning we met at Blanco Brew and Brookshire Brothers for a cruise to the Hill Country Galleria for the Rolling Sculpture Car Show. We participate in all areas of this show from checking participants at the gate, parking, registration and judging.
Last year was a rainy and  cold day. Today the weather was perfect and so were the cars !
This year was a fantastic turnout. It was a full house! The folks from the Bee Cave Library were great as usual and were dressed in true Rockabilly fashion!
The Celebrity announcers were Bob and Jonny-O ,and they were great together, handling the announcing and trophy presentations! There were vendors ,live music, and plenty of sponsors to support the event.
Thanks to all for their support for this great cause benefitting the Library!
Great job 12 Kings, you guys and gals really showed what teamwork is all about!

Boil Shack 10-12-2024

A small group met on a pleasant Saturday morning for a cruise to the Boil Shack in Henley. The drive was fun with lots of twists and turns. This was a multi-club get together, and the Boil Shack provided a great venue, plenty of shade and great food.
At the end of the day a trophy was given to Tim, whose 58 Chevy Apache Pickup was definitely a winner!
Thanks to all involved and the Boil Shack for providing a nice setting!        More pictures
