Saturday morning a great group of 12 Kings and their wives met at Jacobs Well Elementary for a cruise to Kendalia for lunch. It was a pleasant morning and those with convertibles had their tops down. Mike Cochran mapped a route for us through some very scenic countryside, complete with Longhorns and a goat farm!
The route took us on some small roads with cattle guards and low water crossings.
The store was also the post office and unfortunately they were out of hamburgers which was their specialty!
Next time we will arrive earlier!
